My journey and reflections
For more than 23 years I have worked in professional services, strategy consulting, and technology organizations. Led global units of diverse teams spread across Asia, Europe and Latin America. I have incubated and run shared services and GCC business units across geographies.
During the latter part of my corporate career, I observed a common challenge: successful professionals often struggle not because of a lack of capability, but because leadership requires a fundamentally different way of thinking, influencing and engaging with others.
Today, I partner with professionals navigating transitions, expanding responsibilities, and evolving leadership expectations, helping them discover insights that translate into meaningful action and sustainable growth.
